Sparta United

Marco de Ruiter, has accepted a position with the Sparta United Soccer Club, as the Technical Director.

Marco has an extensive background in the game of soccer, coaching professionally for Willem II, Tilburg Holland, (Premier Div.) for the past ten years and two years prior to that with Sparta Rotterdam. Marco played soccer at the highest level as a youth and holds an UEFA A license, all Dutch KNVB coaching courses and has received many professional coaching courses certificates. Marco, over the past years, has always tried to extend his knowledge in the game of soccer and has many professional educational coaching certificates to show for it.

Marco has coached at all different youth levels and the highest adult professional levels, he will be arriving July 17, 2009 and will be attending the Summerfest on Saturday, July 18, 2009. He is eager to get to know everyone in Sparta.

Patrick Rennie and Dennis Burrows are excited to add Marco de Ruiter to our already great Sparta Coaching Staff.
