Sparta United

Many of our Sparta teams traveled to various tournaments over President’s Day Weekend and found much success.  Teams participated in Phoenix, Las Vegas and St. George.

In Phoenix our U-12 Premier Boy’s coached by Jeff Sands were Semi-Finalists.  On the Girl’s side our U-14 Premier team finished as Champions. Our U-15 Girls team were Semi-Finalists, and our U-17 team were Finalists.  All three girls teams are coached by Dennis Burrows.  A great showing in the “Grand Canyon State”

In Las Veags at the Mayor’s Cup our U-17 Premier Girls team coached by John Gebhard won the tournament.  Congratulations Girls!!

In St. George we also had great success.  On the Boy’s side, Blaine Burnett’s U-11 Premier Team were Finalists along with John Gygi’s U-12 team.  On the Girl’s side we finished with 3 Champions.  Bruce Cuppett’s U-9 Premier, Shane Swenson’s U-11 and Rhett Scherschligt’s U-12.
