For players requesting scholarship / financial assistance for the 2025/2026 season, please follow the instructions below:

• Click Here to download the Financial Assistance form
• Print and complete the Financial Assistance Form
• Provide a copy of the 2024 tax returns for both Father and Mother
• Provide a written or printed letter explaining why Financial Assistance is needed
• Provide a copy of the player's grades report from the Spring 2025 quarter/semester
• Turn in all required paperwork to the Sparta front office by June 10, 2025 (applications received after this date will NOT be accepted)
