For players requesting scholarship / financial assistance for the 2024/2025 season, please follow the instructions below:

• Click Here to download the Financial Assistance form
• Print and complete the Financial Assistance Form
• Provide a copy of the 2023 tax returns for both Father and Mother
• Provide a written or printed letter explaining why Financial Assistance is needed
• Provide a copy of the player's grades report from the most recently completed quarter/semester
• Turn in all required paperwork to the Sparta front office by June 10, 2024 (applications received after this date will NOT be accepted)

Parents will be notified of the decision by July 12, 2024.
